4L60E4L65E4L70E4L80ELCT1000 Wiring Harness Connector Seal Kit Stop Leak

This TransTec® electrical case connector seal for GM 4L60E, 4L80E, 4T80E, and Allison 1000/2000 series secures the electrical contact pins that connect the internal wiring harness to the vehicle harness, keeping oil sealed in and blocking contaminants out.

Installation is a snap!  See diagram in gallery

New Connector Seal installs from the outside in a few minutes - do NOT need to remove pan, to install O-ring requires pan removal to push out harness bulkhead

1. Easily remove the old seal by lifting the tab on the side internal harness and slide the old seal out from the main harness connector. 

2. Line up the guides in the OD of the TransTec® electrical case connector seal and push into the connector until it bottoms out and the tab locks in place.

***NEW CONNECTOR SEAL HAS NO HOLES:  Pins will create their own perfectly sealed holes*** 

This seals the external Wiring Harness Case Connector

Seals any oil in from the trans that might bypass the pins and drip,

 and to protect the pins from water infiltration and resulting corrosion

Also includes:

(1) NEW O-Ring

(OPTIONAL - 4L60/80 Applications require pan removal to remove harness to access)
