Very terrible delivery time service from what they offer

I ordered on Friday evening. The shipping said 3-4 days so I assumed the 4th day. I should have gotten my parts by Thursday but I did not receive them until Saturday evening. I simply asked for a way of them to make it better by sending me a few logo stickers or even a hat. Their response was that it was the postal service to blame and not them.
